We applied the principles in Chapter 0, it is day 3 and we have seen a HUGE difference in our 3.5yr old. A weight has been lifted in our house and our 18month old is benefiting!! We hadn’t meant to apply it for him we thought the issue was the eldest as his whining was so constant but now we notice it is both of them so everyone in the house follows the principles (including us because let’s face it, we whine too). We look forward to solidifying our knowledge and raising happy children and being happy parents doing it!!!!
